Inspection Coordination China
Coordinate pre-production, during-production, pre-shipment, and loading checks before goods leave China.
Quality Control Overview
What inspection coordination does LIFA provide?
LIFA coordinates quality inspections at key production stages, including pre-production inspection, during-production inspection, pre-shipment inspection, and optional container loading supervision. Reports can include photos, measurements, defect notes, packaging checks, and pass/fail recommendations.
Three Stages
IPP, DUPRO, and PSI
Quality issues cost less to correct at the factory than after arrival.
| Stage | When | What is Checked | Report |
|---|---|---|---|
| IPP Pre-Production | Before manufacturing starts | Raw materials, components, production plan, sample approval, line readiness. | IPP report with photos and readiness notes. |
| DUPRO During Production | 20-80% completion | Workmanship, dimensions, specifications, function, production progress. | DUPRO report with findings and corrective actions. |
| PSI Pre-Shipment | 100% complete before shipping | AQL sampling, full inspection, packaging, labeling, quantity, carton markings, documentation. | PSI report with pass/fail recommendation. |

AQL and Defect Classification
AQL, or Acceptable Quality Level, is an internationally used sampling method for inspecting batches of goods. LIFA can coordinate sampling plans and classify critical, major, and minor defects according to the product and buyer requirements.
- Workmanship and visual defects
- Functionality and measurements
- Packaging and labeling
- Quantity and carton count
- Container loading supervision where needed

Book Inspection Coordination
Inspection planning should happen before production finishes so corrective action is still possible.
