What needed to change?
The approved sample used premium microfiber; production units used a cheaper PVC material with visible differences and poor stitching; the factory denied any change.

We documented the substitution with lab tests and photo evidence.
We negotiated a partial refund and return of the non-conforming batch.
We qualified 2 alternative factories under a sealed-sample protocol.
