With LIFA, the model depends on who finds the supplier. If we find your supplier, the quoted product price includes sourcing costs with no added 5% commission. If you bring your own supplier, the standard coordination fee is 5% of approved order value unless agreed otherwise in writing. Yes. We use your approved specifications and samples to agree what will be checked. Inspectors report their findings, and you decide whether the goods can ship, need rework or should be held. Inspection scope and any separate cost are confirmed in the quote.
Yes. Attach your request for quotation (RFQ), bill of materials (BOM), datasheets or drawings in PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, JPG or PNG format. Include part numbers, drawing revisions, materials, tolerances and approved alternatives where relevant. We clarify missing requirements and supplier deviations before commercial comparison. You approve technical decisions.
Send the product, quantity and customization you need. Feasibility depends on materials, production setup, tooling and packaging. Stock products, simpler customization or a different supplier may suit a pilot order. We review the options before paid work; a low quantity is not always economical.
A product price alone is not the full landed cost. Check which packaging, China transport, inspection, consolidation, export handling and freight charges are included. Duty, tax, insurance and destination charges may be additional. Ask for the cost breakdown and estimate validity; import charges depend on the product and destination.
