What needed to change?

Customer's compliance officer found the VDE certificates were for a different product series; without valid certification the range could not be legally sold in Germany.

  1. We audited certificate authenticity directly with the issuing body.

  2. We identified 3 suppliers with valid VDE/CE documentation for matching series.
