What needed to change?

We ran dynamometer and flow testing on 6 pump models.
We documented the motor undersizing at the factory.
We negotiated replacement motors at factory cost.
We qualified an alternative pump manufacturer with certified test benches.
All 12 installations re-powered before peak season; replacement motors delivered 7.4-7.6 kW; the alternative manufacturer became the preferred source.
